Ladies up front are so friendly and Shirley is wonderful with facials and Octavia is excellent with massages.
The place is sooo clean. Staff are all really friendly. The therapists are very good-I’ve seen at least 4 of them-you can schedule with the same one though. This place is great!

The setting was nice and clean.
When I first went for a massage, I was highly encouraged to sign up for the monthly agreement. I was a bit hesitant - but with a simple cancellation process - I was convinced that I would receive the generous advantage of a well priced massage - and could cancel without problem at any time.
I arrived for my monthly massage and the masseuse that I had scheduled with did not show up to work. No problem - I understand - life is hard and busy and things happen. At that moment, I tried to look at my schedule to reschedule... and I literally could not find another time in my schedule during that particular month. I realized that a monthly massage, at a great rate - was just not for me - only because of my hectic schedule. I decided I would cancel my membership.
When I said this (in what I thought was a very kind way) that is when the tension began. Ugh - exactly what I was NOT looking for - a difficult cancellation process.
After an unfortunate series of events - I finally - changed some plans - rescheduled that month's massage - got it done... since I had already been charged.
As I was leaving the check out area - the tension with the front desk staff was still there - and honestly I felt like the "bad guy". I had tried the entire time to be appreciative, kind, respectful - but i just needed to cancel my membership.
I was sad my time at La Vida ended poorly.

The staff was very help and polite. My therapist, Amanda was FANTASTIC! We engaged in general conversation without it disturbing my relaxation.

My cousin did not receive a leg or foot massage. Her masseuse asked what to focus on and she did tell her neck and shoulders but she didn’t think that would exclude her legs and feet. She was too shy to ask or say anything.
