Great atmosphere, very clean, and wonderful
Massages. Gabby is the best!
Young is amazing. She listens to you and she takes her time to work on the problem areas. I know I will be taken care of with her. I have done hot stone and essential oils and I have loved both of them.
Very friendly and professional front office staff. Marie was a great massuese! Very personable, listened to my needs and was very kind and professional

More of a pampering experience as you wait for your appointment, naturally flavored waters tease in the waiting area. Just something to where you feel like you’re being pampered.
Evening and weekend hours for people that work day shift.

Fair pricing. As a member, it would be nice to see more offerings such as additional discount offerings (i.e. 90-minute massages, first day of Fall, Winter, Black Friday, etc.), discount on two services on the same day (facial and massage).
It’s a pleasure when I find a masseuse who is knowledgeable, professional, and can work up to standards.
It’s disappointing when I am unable to find a good masseuse and lately it has been hit or miss with the Rochester location.

Better communication on future planning of appointments. I did have standing appointments with my massage therapist then when the new year came the appointments did not continue. They were given to someone else. This was last year. I would like to get back to standing appointments with someone but it seems I am too late to get that done next year now. I have been a customer here for many years and love it. I just need to have regular massages for my muscles. I really want to continue doing it here.
