My massage therapist asked me about my focus areas and explained how best to soothe my stress. It was a wonderful, relaxing massage. BeforeI left, I scheduled my next appointment.

My massage was supposed to be 60 minutes, it was definitely under that. I was in the parking lot still at 3:20 but my massage was done by 4:20. The masseuse seemed almost afraid to touch me- she did not massage my lower back or glutes, even though those were the areas I highlighted as primary concern. Also, when I went to check out the price did not reflect what was posted online. Thankfully the receptionist was kind and found a discount for me, but regardless this was a pretty disappointing visit.

The service is great at Lavida spa .The staff there are amazing people they are professional in what they do and how they treat their customers. I would surely recommend Lavida spa to anyone who would like to get a good facial or massage Nyeema is great you look a year younger whenever she does your facial Rose. And others . Thank you all .

Thank you for your review. I want you to know we have 17 massage therapist here at this center and we are open 7 days a week 9-9 Mon-Sat and 10-6 on Sundays. We are a very established center with a ton of repeat guests so we highly recommend booking your appointment at least one week in advance.
Please give us a call and we can even book you out for then next few months so you have your time/dates locked in. We look forward to seeing you again very soon!

Very professional, clean and very nice staff.
Andy is the most competent, professional I have ever encountered in regard to facials. They are so relaxing! I so look forward to them. She also tints my eyebrows and they look great… not fake or over the top, She is wonderful.
There was way too much noise. I could hear people in the next room talking loudly. Could hear other people laughing and banging doors. I left feeling more annoyed then when I arrived. So much for a relaxing experience. Sad to say that based on what happened I’m unsure about returning for massage service in future.
When i called to make my appointment i specifically asked for a therapist who could perform myofascial massage. The therapist i was set up with could not provide the pressure that I kept asking for. I left feeling cheated out of the experience i expected to have.
Your schedulers should be better listeners and just because there's an opening, if it's not with the right therapist then don't schedule it.
As a first time customer was greeted courteously and professionally. The prices were very reasonable for the time/type of massage. As a person with allergies I would recommend cutting back on the amount of diffuser oils as it was very strong. The condition of the facility was in good condition. The massage therapist (Major) was very friendly, helpful, and thorough. I would recommend their services to anyone.

My wife often loads me up on GC's and the accompanying Bonus Cards. After 10 years of being a patron and watching these bonus cards get more and more restrictive, I find out now they are practically useless. Can only use one per visit and cannot use them for anything other than add ons to your session. I told my wife to stop buying these GC's. Those are supposed to be an incentive. Its also becoming impossible to book an appointment. I used to come in once a month and now I am lucky to come in once every 3-4 months.
Nathan, I am very sorry that you were unhappy with how to use the bonus cards that you received. They clearly state on the cards that they can only be used for services, that only one card can be used at a time and that they have an expiration date clearly printed on each card. And please keep in mind that the bonus cards are free as no one paid anything for them. So when you checked out, my front team did correctly charge you and I apologize if in the past we didn't do it correctly, but nothing has changed in our policy. I really enjoyed my 90 minute Massage from Brittanie on February 24th liked having the table all ready warm also she gave me an extra Blanket on the table. I would hope that you will keep,here around. I also really like the Hot Towels that I’m now getting. The only thing that i would say is the person on the Front desk that day was not very Friendly when i came in to check in and when I did check out.
