Erin was great and I really enjoyed my Swedish massage last Friday. Everyone was nice and it was very relaxing.
My boyfriend purchased a 90 minute massage for my birthday. It was I guess some special that was going on at that time. When I called to schedule my appointment they did not have a 90 minute available. After the massage was done I wanted to schedule the remainder of my gift card (30 minutes) and I was told they don't do 30 minutes and that next time it would be $99. I am obligated to schedule another appointment thus spending more money on something that was supposed to be a birthday present.

As a first time client, the special that we offer is that you receive a discounted price for your first massage. Some may choose to book a 60 minute session or a 90 minute session, but the discount only applies to your first appointment. We do offer a membership program where we offer our guests a discounted price even after their first visit. We can understand that we may not have had a 90 minute session available on the day that you wanted to book, and that you would have preferred to use the amount gifted to you in its entirety. However, the amount on a gift card is available to spend through your choosing. Of course, you are always welcome to come back and use the remainder of your gift card!
When I arrived Saturday at approximately 1:57 for my 2:00 appointment, the receptionist said she was just calling me. I asked her why and she said I was late. I told her my appointment was at 2:00. She said it was at 1:45. I showed her the text on my phone confirming my 2:00 appointment. The massage therapist greeted me by telling me that she would give me the rest of my time but she would not start her next appointment late. I showed her my text confirming my appointment at 2. She asked me if I booked online. I'm not sure why that mattered. I felt very rushed and she did not ask me what I wanted her to focus on. I have a pinched nerve and needed to tell her about the physical therapy I am receiving. I asked her to not do my legs or arms and she still did my arms. She said I got my full 50 minutes but I felt rushed and like I had done something wrong. No one apologized for this situation. I have been a faithful customer for years. I left very disappointed.
* Offer lymphatic drainage massage
* Offer hot drinks, not just cold
* Make sure massage therapists, etc. know that there are usb sockets in the rooms to charge phones
* Owner should wear professional dress and speak in soft voice, to not break the relaxation experience clients are paying to receive
Thank you for all your feedback! Well we actually DO offer lymphatic drainage massage as well lymphatic compression. As to hot drinks, we prefer our current approach with our infused water which we are known for & so many of clients love! Sorry one of our staff maybe wasn't sure about a USB port location, they were probably focused on providing a great service. But you obviously found it!... As to the owners attire which you may have seen in the lobby, he helping out on his day off & taking time away from his family because a staff member unfortunately was sick and could not make it to work. As he always stands behind his team, we stand behind him!!

Need to hire massage therapist graduating from a school, and not any adhoc - the level of service has deteriorated and thinking to discontinue my membership. The hike in the prices does not do justice with the kind of service receiving

I always enjoy my, eucalyptus and honey aroma therapy 90 min., massage with Jasmin. She’s thorough and does an awesome job and the receptionists are very nice too!
