Massage therapist talked the entire time, and didn’t ask me if I wanted to be talked to. Also, did not ask me what type of massage I wanted or intensity.
Nice people. Asked for what I got last time by same masseuse-type of massage wasnt wasnt noted by masseuse- so didn't get what I came for.
We have reminded our team to keep our notes up to date to ensure the quality is consistent.
Devon was absolutely amazing! She's very passionate about her services and targeting my needs and helping me feel better. Definitely recommend her!
Everything was good - I was late and misjudged traffic
little more privacy when changing...even if it's just a curtained area
I'm a bit confused. All clients have their own private room for changing. No one is in there with you until the therapist is ready to start the session and you are draped under the sheets on the massage table. And they will always knock on the door to make sure you are ready to begin. Not sure what purpose a curtained area would provide.
Leigh is fantastic! Firm, thorough but sensitive to my body’s reaction to the pressure she is applying.
The massage therapists I've seen are very knowledgeable and I love the remodel of the spa.

It’s hard to get appointments. You need to have more therapists available so we don’t have to book out 1-2 months out.
Hi Carla! Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback on this platform. We currently have 16 therapists on staff, but the demand for massage is high. We always recommend booking as far out as possible. That way, you always have your preferred day, time, and therapist. In the meantime, we always have a waitlist that we work when last minute cancellations come up. We may be booked 8 weeks out, but we get same week cancellations CONSTANTLY. I do see that you are booked 1-2 times a week through January. I'm glad that we could get you booked out. Thank you and I hope that you have a wonderful day. Best, Sam. :)

I've also noticed you have been able to get in with us the majority of this current year, sometimes twice a month so we look forward to seeing you next week.

Informed therapist my issue was with my lower back and no attention was paid to my lower back. Left very oily, no towel wipe down or even offered to wipe off. Did not feel massage was customized for me. Very generic and basic. There was no stretching. I’ve never received a massage with gloves on. Sounded odd, felt odd. Client should be informed of such things prior.
Hi Chris, I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your massage. Our front desk staff does their absolute best to ensure we pair our clients with the best massage therapist based off of their needs. Sandra has a large following and for most clients she is a great pairing. Unfortunately, stretching is not one of the modalities she offers. Great massage
Great atmosphere, lovely front desk staff, and amazing massage therapists. I was able to seek relief with the issue in my neck. Have a lot more work to go. Definitely need to come in monthly!
