Everything! The receptionist is so helpful, accommodating, and efficient at the Smyrna location. And I can’t say enough about Elizabeth, therapist. She is wonderful. Top notch.
The facility was very clean and peaceful. The two young women at the front desk were warm and friendly. The massage therapist, Selena, was absolutely wonderful.

I paid for a 90 minute massage and tipped 25%. Was shorted 8 minutes on the 90 minute massage which was a bummer. It was a good massage though besides that.

From the moment I walk in helvio takes great care of me always helpful and so sweet. Elizabeth is amazing her facials are the best she makes sure to take such good care of me. It’s so nice to have the little break from the stress of life. Love lavida and all its wonderful staff
You're too expensive
My massage with Ana never disappoints!
If you have an appointment for a facial all of the products should be lined up in the room ready to go. I easily lost 7-10 minutes of my facial appointment waiting around. Not ideal and most likely won’t be back.
Shakara was wonderful! Kind and attentive, we had a great conversation while she worked and she was able to focus on both.
