The staff provided a very thorough cleaning and in a professional manner. There was no lolly-gagging around. She (Sherry) started promptly upon arrival and completed the tasks in a timely manner. I really liked the cinnamon-type fragrance used in each room; however, a little goes a long way. The first night after the cleaning, the fragrance was rather overwhelming. Other than that I was VERY pleased with the service.

This service was for a family that the mother had just passed away. the Merry Maids representatives did a great job cleaning the house including extra touches that really made the house shine. The father's response was "WOW"! We were both so pleased with the professionalism of the maids and will definitely recommend Merry Maids to others.

I would and have recommended Merry Maids. Most of the people they have sent do a good job and a couple of them, Ashley and Britney, have done an excellent job. It is a very comfortable feeling to know that your home is always presentable. Since it is only my husband and I, there is very little other than standard picking up, laundry, and dishes that I must do between the every two week visits.

I can tell that there is not one team cleaning my house each time. I'd like to have the same team clean, but I also know that I change my times often due to my job.

The level of detail was excellent! My home was spotless (no easy task!), and it even smelled clean. I've had cleaning services in the past, and their results were nothing like this. The wood furniture was oiled and beds looked magazine-perfect! Looking forward to a continuing relationship with Merry Maids!
