I was very pleased with the customer service I received when I first called Merry Maids. They were extremely helpful and the owner came to my house to give me an estimate that afternoon. He listened to my concerns regarding the cleaning service I had used previously and made note of them. He sent a team to clean my house the next day and they addressed the concerns I had shared with the owner. A supervisor came to my house also and she did a walk thru before and after the team finished cleaning. I am now scheduled to have Merry Maids clean my house every other week. Job well done!
