Consistant professional service every time!

I like the little personal touches. Also they sometimes leave notes about my 13 year old dog who because of her age has accidents in the house occasionally. Sometimes they will even clean up after her which I know is over and beyond their services but it makes me feel they care about her. They are doing a fantastic job and please pass that on to the housekeepers for me. I especially like the way they clean my bathtub and shower.

Lou Lou did a superb job!! Her attention to detail was amazing. When we got home, we literally could not find one area that was left undone. Lou Lou is amazing and I hope that she is assigned to our home in the future. It is clear she cares about doing a good job and that she takes pride in her work. Thank you, Lou Lou!!

The crew came into my home and treated it as if it were their own. They worked fast and hard. Searching out dirt and grime from all the hidden places I never get to. I was, at first, concerned about the cost. When they were finished I could see that the crew gave me a job that was more then worth every penny. I love coming to a clean home after a cleaning. Today I had a wonderful cleaning by Linda White. She was really sweet and did a great job around my house. She was the only one who was able to get my cooktop stove looking like it did the day I moved into the house. Even I haven't been able to (and I've tried!). So thank you Linda! :)

I was scheduled for a one-time "top to bottom" cleaning. Nathan arrived on time and worked very hard and did a wonderful job of cleaning my house. And I like the fact he used all his (the company's) equipment and supplies rather than me having to be sure everything he needed was on hand. He was friendly and professional. I'm getting too old to do the heavy duty cleaning like Nathan did for me. I think I'll ask him to do it again in six months!

Great service, smells good, and Merry Maids brings their own equipment and supplies.

How the cleaning is always done well. I also like the girls that have cleaned my house. They have always been very friendly and wonderful.
The only thing I have an issue with is the cost. It takes less than 1.5 hours for anyone to clean my house and $187 is quite high for that. Is there any way we can negotiate on the price? You can ask any one that has cleaned my place. It's almost always very clean to begin with! :)

I like coming home to a clean house and Merry Maids does all the things I can't seem to get to so well. One negative though from my last cleaning. I don't know what was used to mop my faux wood floors but my shoes stuck to them. I had to re-mop twice with my steam mop.
