Although I had one bad experience with a crew which seemed to understand almost no English since I speak no Spanish, I have been very pleased with the regular crew which has visited me at my request. These are hard-working, efficient young women who are most agreeable to do any chores I ask them to cover. The cleaning products they use are some of the best I have ever had in my home -- no harsh chemicals, no lingering odors, but top-flight shine when they have finished. I have told several friends how pleased I am with your service, and I believe it is a bargain at the discounted price I have received. It will seem less of a bargain when that runs out, but I find it is good to not have to replace cleaning products so regularly.

The Merry Maids woman who cleans my house is very good. She works hard and does an excellent job. Dusting done, floors clean, kitchen and bathrooms spotless. Ceiling fans and blinds dusted.

The house always smells great the moment you walk in the door! The staff do a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

I supplement with my own cleaning products that I prefer..More attention needs to be given to cleaning bathroom tiles and grout lines between tiles.
Perhaps a different cleaning product needs to be used.

Good cleaning crews, efficient and timely

The lady who cleans dusts and scrubs and sweeps and mops and is very professional. Does a great job. I don’t know about the cleaning products. They don’t leave a noticeable or irritating smell but all is clean.

I was extremely pleased by the work Emily and Annie did in my home. They were thorough and professional in every room and especially good in the two rooms designated for deep cleaning. I had asked Nathan about the products you use and was assured that they were environmentally sound and free of heavy scent. In addition to those things, which are important to me, they did a good job of cleaning -- the whole point of using Merry Maids.

I have told several friends how happy I am with Merry Maids.

I like the overall service and rotating deep clean schedule. I do not like the product used to clean tile floors, I don’t feel that it works well and doesn’t get the floor clean.
