I have grown accustomed to the "clean" smell of Pine Sol products. The first time Merry Maids left and I returned home that sense & smell of "clean" was not present. I texted the management to ask if it was possible to have the housekeepers us Pine Sol, they said no problem and "clean" is back to what I was expecting.

Julie was very thorough & used a variety of products (most combos of dawn dish detergent with other ingredients) for different cleaning jobs. Made a huge difference in house we just bought that needed a good scrub before we started moving.

They have always done their cleaning in the rooms that I ask them to. Use no chemicals or abrasives where I don't want them used. If I have something that I need to attend to,; they work around my schedule.
