Pricing was competitive. The cleaning job was fairly thorough. I only had to point out a couple of areas that had been missed. The cleaners promptly cleaned the missed areas I pointed out.

I thought the ladies did a very thorough job and everything I asked for was addressed.

There was quite a bit of confusion about them getting there - should have been there at 9 - 9:30 but there was a problem. That isn't too much of a problem but I own my own business and have to open my doors also so I wasn't happy about having to call to find out what happened.

However, this was simply a small bump that turned out very well and I have been completely happy with the contact and information provided since my first visit.

I definitely plan to continue to use them.

I don't know about the products, but the work done on my home was phenomenal. I would love to know what you used on my wood floors to keep the dust down. The baseboards, cabinets and blinds look wonderful. I'm thinking of getting the whole house done next time out.

The workers were very tuned into my needs and requirements. If I said “don’t touch that” they didn’t. If I asked them to make sure they cleaned thoroughly, they did. Both were very professional and friendly.
