The people you have working for you are your greatest asset. Nicole, at your Folsom store on Madison Ave, is the coolest person you could encounter. She makes you feel welcome every time. The VIP package...and the employees don't act like they don't want to do it.... It makes me feel like they WANT to do this and it's not a burden for them to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer! I've only been twice so far to your establishment but both times I left feeling great, looking great, and eager to tip for the service that I received. With that kind of treatment I will definitely be back every time!!
