I'VE WAITED TILL TODAY TO SAY THIS. I AM SO ANGRY WITH MYSELF ABOUT THE CARE I RECIEVED FROM YOUR STORE. I WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR AND 30 MINUTES FOR MY HAIRCUT SO I DECIDED TO GO TO APPLEBEE'S. I WAS STARVING AND ORDERED A BIG AF STEAK TO QUENCH MY PALATE. ENVEN TREATED MYSELF TO A ROOT BEER. AS I WAS WAITING FOR MY LUNCH, I GOT A NOTIFICATION THAT MY CHAIR WOULD BE READY IN THE NEXT 15 MINUTES. I HAD TO TAKE MY STEAK TO GO, THE STEAK I HAD BEEN DYING TO EAT, AND PUT IT IN MY CAR. WHEN I GOT INSIDE THE SHOP I GOT A BIG SMILE FROM MARISSA. SHE IS A SOOTHING PRESENCE OF POSITIVITY. SHE HAS DONE MY HAIR MULTIPLE TIMES, BUT THIS TIME WAS DIFFERENT. NORMALLY SHE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND OUTGOING. THIS TIME SHE WAS OFF. SHE WAS EXTRA NICE THIS TIME AROUND. IT WAS WHAT I NEED SINCE I WAS HAVING A BAD DAY. I AM SO ANGRY THAT, AFTER SHE GAVE ME THE BEST DOUBLE VIP OF MY LIFE, I FORGOT TO LEAVE MY TIP. PLEASE FORGIVE ME. THANK YOU!

They were friendly, greeted customer as they came in. Associate cut my sons hair and she did an amazing job. My son even mentioned that the service was awesome. Highly recommend.
The whole experience from checking in on line to paying on the way out is absolutely great. Even if my preferred person is not available there's notes so they know exactly what to ask/do. Kimmie is the best. She cuts my hair and trims my mustache and beard exactly like I like it and does a perfect job everytime.
