Solid recommendations of both products and styling, as well as great conversational awareness and a good memory of my last styling as well as our conversation last time. She helped me understand the difference between the levels of experience which sold me on an Ultimate haircut experience, and I was very impressed with the quality of the experience. When I was unsure of both hair length as well as MVP experience scents, she was very intuitive with her decision making and really hit the nail on the head with both recommendations. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending Casie’s services time and time again.

I started getting my hair cut and beard trims (winter) at Sport Clips American River Plaza when we moved to Folsom 6 years ago. The stylists have all been skilled, ez to work with and keep accurate notes. Most recently I’ve been going to Marlene and Dee Dee for the greatest hair cuts and MVP package. Plus the Spot Clips app makes booking an appointment so easy.

I brought in a friend when I went in! My normal stylist wasn't there, so I got my neck and ear trim from someone who was helping for the day from the EDH location - I forgot her name but wow! That scalp massage was AMAZING! I would definitely go back just for that experience alone!!! 😂🤣 My friend saw DeeDee and loved her cut and pampering as well- I will keep telling friends 😁

First time customer - my 8yr old grandson was given the royal treatment. A complementary hair wash, a warm towel over his face with a face massage (his words), a great haircut, a great product recommendation & finished off with a quick shoulder massage via a hand held electric massager. He loved it all & can’t wait to go back. Victoriya did a great job!

Lindsey provided an excellent service. The haircut she game me is excellent. She went the extra distance by styling my beard and also trimming my eyebrows. Then there was also the shampoo and hot towel, which was very nice. Overall, the service provided went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be coming back.
