Kimmie and Diana are always so great with my young kids. I like that they keep track of what haircut you got last time because as a mom I tend to forget the numbers or might want to change it up. The best part is the suckers for the kids at the end and the nice smiles as we are leaving.

Never tried products. Service is better since appointments began so that wait can be managed. Stylists - though different on different days - are quite skillful and adept at their art! Only once have I had to get my hair fixed. The FREE trims between visits is a great perk!!
