Our carpet was especially dirty in a high traffic area, probably due to having been cleaned in a traditional way (which attracts dirt) while we rented out our house the previous year.
That area looks great after being cleaned by Zerorez and feels clean as well. From prior experience with Zerorez I know it will stay cleaner longer because there is no soapy residue to attract dirt.

I don't have to worry about soaps or chemicals making my carpet crunchy and the stains coming back within a short time. With Zerorez, it may take a couple of times to get difficult stains completely out, but if anyone can do it they can, and have.

Sidenote: I would communicate with reception about certain accounts that you are 'trying to make things right with'. Maybe tell reception not to re-arrange the schedule on 'those people' cause the customer is already bending over backwards to have Zerorez come back to make things right & when the schedule is re arranged a few times, it frustrates the situation, that is already existing.
