We were happy with the service and how the carpet looked when he was through. We were caught off guard the we would be made to pay for his gas to get here and when my wife paid it asked for a tip. A tip is for a good job but I like to give a tip and not be kind of forced into it. He should be getting paid well enough you would not ask for an additional tip but would leave it up to the customer.

We have had three different carpet cleaners clean our carpet over the years. We used Zerorez this last time and the tech, Dixon inspected everything before starting and gave us a price but was concerned about our very light colored carpet with heavy traffic stains. Dixon worked extra hard to achieve our satisfaction. We were very happy that we chose Zerorez.

Zerorez responded right away with a quote, and also sent a tech out very quickly to get the job done. They are very honest - the tech measured the rooms and determined that I had overstated the square footage, so he adjusted the price down. He took his time in the high traffic areas and really left the carpets in amazing condition.

We were not home when the tech came. He called to get the garage door code as instructed. He was very efficient and gave us a video call immediately after he finished the work. we were able to walk-through with him on the video call and review all of his work. The carpets were clean and fresh when we got home.
