Timely and very Professional
Zerorez in Cache Valley took on a very large project of ours - a 12 bedroom, 6 bathroom lodge in Garden City, Utah overlooking Bear Lake. The lodge has three levels and the carpets and rugs were in bad shape and needed cleaning. We had tried some of the carpet cleaning equipment that you can rent from local hardware stores, but they just didn't do the job.
Zerorez came in did a thorough and very professional job. The carpets look better than they have for several years. The personnel were friendly and went right to work.
I happy to recommend them to others.

I am very satisfied with the carpet cleaning, and their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I had a complicated situation which made it extremely difficult to schedule my cleaning. Since I was under a time constraint, Emily manipulated their schedule every day for several days to create and hold a spot open for me (sometimes multiple times per day). This had to be beyond inconvenient for her and her team. She was persistent and patient, when most people would've told me to take what they had or shove off. I finally got my carpets cleaned, and I am a customer for life.

Zerorez does an amazing job! We have had them clean the carpets every time we've moved and they always impress us. This time, we had a stain from some red punch that had spilled in our living room. We were worried that it wouldn't come out and we would lose our deposit because of it. When we checked in after the cleaning was done, we couldn't even tell where the stain had been! Their techs are very professional and the prices are great.
