The carpets and furniture came out clean as always. The technician was friendly and efficient. I forgot to mention a scotchguard treatment so I didn't get that which I have before and liked. One problem we encountered was a long burn mark in the grass from the street to the house. I saw the hoses going across the front lawn but since it was shady I didn't think it would harm the grass. The small hose must have had hot liquid in it because it did leave a burn line. That happened once in the past too. I need to remember that for the future and ask that the hoses be placed on the sidewalk. Yes there will be a next time!

When would be a good time to come and catch the office that was locked when you came last time? Early mornings or Saturday afternoons are best as we don't have students then (except we do on Thurs. mornings and for the rest of this week).
