We recently had the carpet cleaned in our entire home. I'm very particular about my home and who I allow to come and clean and care for it. Zerorez always takes care to thoroughly clean and listen to my requests. I've never had a bad experience with them. Period. I have no desire to go anywhere else. Our experience with Procleaner Taylor this past time was no exception. He was a professional in every way and also nice! He listened to my concerns and provided results all while being careful, thorough and quick in cleaning. What more could I want?
After cleaning, my carpet still had streaks of dirt in it- I called and they came back and cleaned it again- said something had been wrong with the techs wand. It cleaned up beautifully the second time. I only wish they had tried redoing some stains on my downstairs carpet that didn’t come out with the defective wand. But was happy with the redo upstairs!

We've done our own carpet cleaning with a residential unit since we moved into our house (carpet was new). After having Zerorez come clean, the carpet doesn't necessarily look any better than when we use our own unit (we don't have any stains or discoloration), but I did do a sniff test in the high traffic areas (musty pet/carpet smell) and it did smell cleaner after our appointment. We had the protectant sprayed as well, but it will take some time to know if that was worth the extra $$$ or not. I liked that the carpets were less damp than when we clean it. The real test will be if the house still smells musty when we come back from being gone for several days.

Last week, I had the Zero-rez Company at my house to do vent cleaning and carpet cleaning. The workers arrived on time and answered any questions I had at the beginning and throughout each process. Then at end of the carpet cleaning, I inspected what had taken place. I was pleased with the cleaning. Of course, I wasn't able to look down the vents but I trusted the job would be done well. Preston, carpet cleaning guy, did an excellent job, too.
I am writing this for the company and not for the public.
No residue or wet when shampoo complete. Courteous, professional service. Will continue to use every 6 months.
