I like that Zerorez leaves no residue. My only regret is I didn’t get my carpets cleaned sooner. They look amazing.
If I could offer any advice, it would be for the technician to wear something over his shoes as he’s walking through my house and for the hoses to be clean. They brought in quite a bit of dirt on my floors that I had to clean up afterwards, but besides that everything went great, and the technician was very professional and kind.

The young man that came was great to work with, very friendly, listened and wanted to be sure that I liked the job. He did well I had beige carpets put them down after building and it was 3 years since cleaning was done, due to updates, etc. in the house.
