My carpets are always super clean when you leave. They are never sticky or stinky and they dry very quickly. I really like the formula you use for cleaning the carpets. Carpet feels soft like new afterward
The Zerorez team did a great job. They were able to accommodate a request for an urgent job. The technician was friendly and provide useful information. Office staff were also friendly and helpful.

Cache Valley store was able to fit me in last minute and the technician did a phenominal job making sure the carpets were clean. We had some issues with our older dog and the carpet suffered, but after the technician was done, the carpet looked and smelled fantastic!
I had my carpets upstairs cleaned and couch cleaned back in early August. After the technician finished cleaning my husband and I didn't go upstairs until later in the evening to see what the carpet looked like We found blue spots all over the carpet and on the stairs. On Saturday I called and left a message of what we found. I was called back by one of the ladies in the office about an hour later. She asked me to send pictures but the pictures weren't the best and it would be better to see the spots in person. They scheduled to have someone come out on Monday to look and see what happened. On Monday, the owner of Zerorez came out and was very nice and wanted to reclean the carpets to see if the blue would come out. He was great and was trying to figure out what had happened. He cleaned both areas upstairs and even cleaned the stairs and ALL of the blue came out. I appreciated his professionalism and working hard to make sure the carpet was recleaned properly.
The only downside of this company would be the price they charge to clean the pet spots because it takes a different solution to get the smell of the urine out. I have had other companies clean carpets before and they didn't charge the extra. Because of that our bill was extremely high and not what I wanted to pay. Wasn't happy about the expense of that.
