Don’t know anything about them. I just got to workout and sometimes use the upstairs jogging track. Very happy they kept the older equipment at both locations!!

Varieties of programs. Senior exercise on Wednesday that I attend regularly rejuvenating.
Gym all machines exercise. Guidence if you need it.
Overall ambiance and ppl staff willing to help. Give directions.

Location is important to me. I have done some health training with an instructor that I thought was beneficial to me. Weight training etc.
