All the machines and different programs you offer is nice. You should fix the broken machines a little quicker.
There are lots of classes and nice equipment to work out on.
Nice environment to work out though the monthly price is a little high . There's a good choice of machines . 2 years ago the floor plan was more balanced between heavy body building machines and individual machines for specific body parts , but then some machines were replaced , my favorites never came back , and now the heavy body building ones take 90 percent of the space while the " specific muscles machines " are stuck too tight in just 10 percent of the room , feeling a bit oppressing .The machines for cardio still have a large space and there's a good amount of them ..

What I’m not crazy about is that there’s nobody around to ask how to use the machines. As a result, I never use them, but I would really like to.
Love going and so does our daughter Chelsea who loves the gym and the clas she loves going to and lifting weights with her dad thank you for making her feel happy and like family

Great instructors (Jen S, Jen O and Randi) and varied exercise programmes. Well equipped weights and training room, which would benefit from a deadlift hex frame trap bar.

I take yoga classes with Audrey one day, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 AM until 8:50 AM. She is a delight and has challenging, yet wonderful classes
I also see Jan in the Pool for cardio splash every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings from 8:35 Am until 9:35 AM. Jan has a wonderful personality. She is knowledgeable about this class and is a delight to work with.
Pool is great and life guards are friendly
Our instructors are very knowledgeable in providing activities and exercises specific to the Rock Steady program for participants with Parkinson’s. Their ability to provide a variety of activities keeps the class active and interesting to hold the attention of everyone in our class while providing alternatives to exercises specific to the needs of everyone.

I train for triathlon and use the pool for lap swim. It's my number one reason for being a member. Excellent facilities.

There is a wide variety of Classes for various levels of fitness. The staff is friendly and professional.

Women on weights
I don’t do programs and activities but the sauna and steam are 10/10. Would be cool if we got a cold plunge too. Also those reformer machine Pilates classes would be dope too. Maybe silks/lyra classes as well I would really love to do that weekly - all ideas coming from a younger audience here btw
