Classes are incredible. Lots of selection-best in SRQ - and terrific instructors. Everyone a Palmer Ranch cares about us & we adore them. Don’t honestly know what I’d do without them.
Love the active older adult classes with Jen and Rosemary (yoga).
Also love the barre class that Jen teaches, m, w, and f.
The teachers truly can make a class more enjoyable.

I think that you have activities for older people like me. I enjoyed chair, yoga, working out on the machines looks like you got some newer machines in. Love the swimming pool I do exercise there and relaxing. And I really like the hot tub and the steam room. I’m also happy that you have showers there in a big enough dressing room and lockers. Your staff seems to be very sweet and helpful. I just need someone to show me how to use some of the equipment, but I will ask when I have time. Thank you for providing such a healthy helpful atmosphere.
The Y’s adult fitness classes are great! The instructors are wonderful and there are are wide variety of classes to choose from - for all levels of fitness.
I just like the morning and evening classes that you off they suit what I want to get out of the class I do mornings with Lori and evening classes with Jennifer Heranda

I love the steam room, the lap pool and the sauna.
Spacious facility plenty of equipment a good core of trainers. I predominantly go to the gym. I’m not aware of other aspects. I recommend you without reservation. Tony M.
