I love cardio splash. It’s an excellent workout with Bonnie who is tremendous!
I also like chair yoga. It’s an activity that I am able to do in spite of my limitations and arthritis.

I take several group fitness classes. Instructors are excellent and professional.
It’s great that so many people use our facility - young and old. However I’m concerned that we have outgrown our space and I haven’t heard any plans for expansion. Meanwhile more and more housing, hundreds of homes, is being constructed literally all around us and I’ve heard realtors are even offering Y membership gifts.
So administrators, please let members know of any future plans for expansion. It’s pretty crazy during prime usage hours and the seasonal members (Jan - April) haven’t arrived yet.
Only do Pilates there. Seems like there are abundant offerings, though.

Enjoy Yoga, Pilates ( Felipe is a big asset to the Y.

I just use the weights but I joined there so my wife and 10 year old use the pool and treadmills
Group classes for seniors. Prime Time is my favorite.
I don’t really do any of the activities
I am addicted to the pilates reformer classes as I find them challenging but not overwhelming by being too difficult to achieve the desired workout! The trainer is awesome and very attentive to all of the participants in the class. I would like to add that some TRX classes would be an added incentive for more husband and wives to join together to work out in a class setting. The only negative I have is that this Y has the MOST expensive price for their pilates classes and my cost for these classes have doubled since I started here! 🥲
Sit n Fit with Tom C. has really helped both of us, we use weights, bikes, Nustep and stretching room. Will likely do water walking too. Great facility and super helpful people. We were members when we lived here from 2Phone number removed and are glad to be again since moving back.

Great for all levels

I use stationary bike and attend body pump classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:15. It works for me. Convenient times and bikes are usually available.
I wish someone would keep an eye on the tvs as many times closed captioning isn’t on or tvs have timed out and are off.
