Yoga & Pickleball
Les Mills classes. Appreciate that we can go to any classes at anytime without pre-registrations for specific classes.
Active older adults in small room with chairs and trained leaders to help with balance skills.
Friendly atmosphere and a good array of equipment to use. Staff was available to help and to answer questions when needed.
Love Tasha’s aqua aerobics classes. Think Eliania’s classes are a total waste of time. I find myself getting very frustrated in the middle of her class which negates the whole purpose of it. So that is two days out of a week I have no choice of an aqua class.
There’s something for everyone no matter what your age or physical condition
I never joined programs here but they seem to be well attended.
I like indoor pickleball in the extreme summer heat. Body Pump also a great class.
Pool/ steam room , Jacuzzi, cute friendly lifeguards, and clean men locker room!
I like the aerobic class options for older, active members. That said, I stopped going this year while snowbirds were here and you increased the class size. It felt dangerous to have so many people moving in that size room. I hope you will reduce the number allowed to register/participate.
variety of classes, good instructors, pleasant staff
Excellent Zumba and Sit and Fit classes!!
I wish there were even more afternoon / evening classes🙏
I love the Nautilus and the spa features of steam, sauna, and jacuzzi … I also love the variety of classes offered
Love the group exercise classes.
Love the selection of group exercise & strength classes, especially the small one for women. Exercise machines are updated and available. The Y is a Friendly and clean facility. Though there are some ongoing issues with pool & AC temperatures, members are aware of efforts to address them.
Close to home with lots of easy parking. Insurance started covering my membership, which helps offset the expense of my private group class.
Variety
Lots of choices. Convenient.
Love the aqua classes.
Mostly folks are around my age. I personally work out and have gone to a few chair exercises classes.
Lots of variety.
I like the fact you have a steam room and a sun deck
Variety, the Y offers a lot of variety for all ages and physical levels.
We use the Y for weight lifting primarily. You have everything we need, and more.
Love Tom’s classes. Have been in his classes. Since he started at our Y many years ago.
YMCA have activities for all ages , I would like to have more Taichi class during the week. After Five. Most of the people finish work ,
Thank you.
Late am and early pm classes weekdays. Positive staff attitudes. Easy access locker rooms and coffee.
I use the weights and pool, which I like both.
I’m not sure if this survey is going to ask for improvements so I’ll share them here.
The weights need improved maintenance with keeping dumbbell weights tight and pins in the machines. I can’t figure out why people like to take pins for the weight stacks. The Smith machines need maintenance on their bearings as well.
