A nice variety of classes
They're for all levels of fitness and the instructors are excellent
Great classes, fantastic facility, friendly staff, loads of equiptment
I things are fine. Although I would like to see classes on Tuesday & Thursday for older active adults (prefer live & not on TV. I fine the staff at front desk to be very helpful.

Your hours are very user-friendly and your classes have good instructors and usually plenty of space. It is always clean and friendly.
Fitness classes
The pool always seems to have a lane to swim.
Instructors are amazing and there is something for everyone.
Group classes
I really enjoy the Water in Motion class. So far, I haven't taken any classes but I use the exercise equipment regularly. There is a good variety from which to choose.

I like the classes
Love playing pickleball there M-W-F. I also use the machines to workout.
Variety, staff seems caring, on time with replies / sessions, & working in our behalf.
Location, and physical plant make visits relatively quick.
However, with part time residents returning, parking is more difficult, so we try to arrive earlier than ususal.
The new weekday morning programme of three exercise classes is great: no more missing classes because the seasonal residents have fully booked the 10:00 Body Pump class. All three morning classes, lead by Jen O and Jen S are excellent as are the two Jens. Don’t let them go!
Great group exercise classes and instructors.
Well, I'm not qualified to respond to your programs and activities since I don't participate in neither. Looks like a good idea for younger generation.

Chair yoga for older adults, meeting new friends,
Wide variety of great group exercise classes that allow members to choose the times that they prefer to exercise. Fun, friendly expert instructors that incorporate and engage members in having a good time while they sweat in their energetic classes. Instructors are always available to answer questions, provide modifications to exercise routines or to just have a friendly chat after class.

I don’t partake of programs
I just love your spin bikes and use them solo. I prefer biking alone.
Very good teachers and challenging classes.
I like having a more aerobic class followed or preceded by a yoga class so I can take two in a row.
More unique classes like Suchi breathing classes. Which are fantastic

Water aerobics

I’ve enjoyed all the classes I’ve tried. Instructors have all been amazing!
It is hard to get in to some classes, however. Maybe more than one class should be offered.
Also, beginner basics should be offered so newbies can learn terminology and correct form. Finally, beginner lessons for Pickleball, specifically for rules and etiquette would be helpful so we can utilize everything that is offered at the Y.
