I just go to YMCA to play raquetball, as it is the only facility that hast courts for this sport. I've made a nice group of friends there, and It has been a very helpful experience for me.
Other than that, as long as there is no need of anything you need from them all is ok.
The place is clean, organized and has plenty of machines, so, no wait in general.
I hope they don't keep eliminating "Handicap" parking places to assign them to their rich contributors.
Instructors great. Programs available to my health problems. Do wish pool participants would use showerss before entering pool.
My main activity at YMCA is the weight lifting equipment.
The water aerobics and sit and fit. I especially like the chair yoga. The people are so friendly and the staff quite efficient.

This YMCA HAS A GREAT SELECTION OF CLASSES AND REALLY GREAT INSTRUCTORS.
Group exercises

Pretty much anything you want however canceling classes such as Spin in the off season punishes the year round members who support the Y all year long. Such as getting rid of 9:30 am Spin Classes punishes people who don’t get up at dawn.
