Friendly people
I stopped in with a tire inflation problem and left the bike for a day. When you couldn't find a puncture and the tire maintained correct inflation, you called to tell me there was no apparent cause and that no repair was needed. When I picked up the bike, you said there would be no charge. Even when I tried to purchase a gift card for future use, you were adamant that I didn't need to do that. Such kind treatment characterizes the owners of Rehoboth Cycle Sports.

awesome all around. i had just tried to buy 2 bikes from another shop on the highway and was rebuffed by some second stringer (it wasnt the owner as i hadnt seen this person before)...literally walked in there to give him $1200 for two bikes and asked that they deliver them to my house on second ocean block of new castle street (bc they wouldnt fit in my car) and put my kids training wheels on a bike i had just gotten at walmart....he was such a pill about it and acted like it was his busy season (there were no customers in sight) and it would be tough to get them to new castle, (like it was in Alabama or something). Well i walk into your store and it was actually busy with several customers, the staff was freaking awesome, i bought two bikes that were more expensive than the other place and they put the training wheels on my walmart bike for free. I would highly highly highly recommend.
Recently purchased my Trek E bike and I love it. The cycle shop (Nate/Kate) took the time to go over the bike and reviewed how to optimize the Trek cycle. This is our second purchase from this shop and we highly recommend working with this store.
You were incredibly friendly and helpful in sizing rental bikes for my 3 and 6.5 year olds and me as well. It was very much appreciated.
