I called multiple times to make sure the bike was ready by a certain date. Bike was not ready when I went to pick it up (after the date I was told). Oh well I guess.
Katie and Nate were an absolute pleasure to work with in securing two eBikes for my wife and I to enjoy. With such a high demand and lack of supply, it normally would have taken months to find bikes that we were looking to purchase. Instead, we were able to take delivery within a month's time due to their commitment to searching for our requested bikes. Upon delivery, we were well informed as to how the bikes operate, all warranties and services needed and so on. The small business feel is well appreciated with Katie and Nate. We feel the passion and server that they pour into their business. It shows in the excellent customer service we have received form the two of them and their entire Rehoboth Cycle Sports team. Great people!!

They were very friendly and professional. So happy with my granddaughters bike. Good people to do business with.
Keep the bikes and gear in tip top shape. The chains were less oiled, tires were low, speedometer not working... We have been spoiled renting from Bikes to Go for many years. We all commented to each other that the equipment upkeep wasn't top notch this year.
