Anyone who has been trying to purchase a Trek bike over the past several months knows it has been slim pickings. I was fortunate to find the model I wanted at Rohoboth Cycle in Rohobeth Beach Delaware.
I was a little reluctant to make such a purchase over the phone. The shop is 200 miles from home.
After completing the purchase and pickup any concerns I had disappeared.
Initially spoke with Katie who took the order. She promptly sent confirmation of my order and email showing registration with Trek. I arrived the next
day and my Trek Verve 2 was ready to go! Took for a ride to to checkout. Forgot to add a kickstand. Purchased one and they installed it immediately.
The bike was loaded into my vehicle and I was good to go.
The entire experience was smooth, quick and friendly. I would recommend Rohobeth Cycle for any bike needs.

I took my bike in to get new tires and when I had to leave it unexpectedly, everyone was very nice about it. The tune up was excellent and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend to a friend and family

It was coming from 175 miles and asked about a bike in stock when they opened at 9:30. They told me they had one in stock but needed to be built. I asked if they could have it built if I made the 3 1/2 hour ride and they said no problem. I showed at at 1pm and walked into the shop and the bike was sitting built with my name on it. WOW that was great service but didn't stop there. I asked if by chance they had the rack that fit the bike and they had it. I bought it and was just going to take it with but they even asked if I wanted it installed and I said sure. Within a minute or two they had it installed and I then said good bye thanked them again for the outstanding service. Then took the 175 mile ride back home. Long day but was worth it. Thanks again for helping me out and going above and beyond what they really had to do. Great place. If you pretty local be glad you have such a great shop with great staff because not all bike shops are like that.
