My daughter loved the counselors and activities. She was excited to head to the Y each day. MDD and legos were her favorite, but she loved everything. She couldn’t wait to tell me all about her day when she got picked up.

My child loves the variety of activities at YMCA Day Camp. From swimming to archery to learning the newest songs and dances, he is all in! Going to the closest YMCA also assures he will know other kids from his school or after school. Best summer camp around!

My daughter was protected and safe, that's the most important thing. After that, she had the chance to participate in dance and cheer, she enjoyed her experience. She played fun games, enhanced her swimming abilities, and enjoyed her time with friends.

I am satisfied with the staff I have been encountered with in relation to my granddaughter’s huddle. She is very happy with the activities and looks forward to attending daily.

A good camp. My son said that it was organized and fun, which is what a camp is supposed to be the pick up and drop off is very well run.

Staff was super friendly and pick up and drop off was easy. My son seemed to have a good time, although he did mention at the pool that they couldn’t just do what they wanted and had to be apart of games. Could be an area of opportunity to allow kids some free time as well. Maybe he’s not telling me everything but he really enjoyed it. Thank you all!

Swimming learn

Our grandson spent one week at Manchester, one week at Midlothian. The camps were night and day. He loved Midlothian for the activities and the counselors. Much better program.

My child liked it! He loved being outside most of the day and playing lots of games.

Our son reported that it was well organized and fun. That’s enough to make a great summer camp.

I like the variety of activities my child is participating in from swim lessons, to Lego, to nature, and STEM projects. She's told me about a large art board that her group has painted for everyone to see in the camp. Her favorite activity has become archery, hitting targets with arrows. She also commented on the new friends that she's made! I will definitely be enrolling her again next summer!

Very active keeps kids outdoors and less electronics! My daughter was asking to go back each day!

The camp counselors were great. My (3) kids really enjoyed themselves. Rates everyday 9/10 pm the fun scale.

I like that my daughter is outside the majority of the day at camp and participating in activities that allow her to use her creativity and also get physical exercise. She's commented that she made new friends and likes her Huddle 9 counselors! This is the first summer in a long time that she's having a lot of fun!

My children love being outside and playing. They love swimming everyday, we love that they are learning these skills. They also like the councilors alot which we love as well.

My child was constantly engaged and doing different activities. They really seemed to flourish and grow over the course of attending camp this summer. I cannot say enough good things, and am extremely happy with the experience.

Everything was great. Reminded me of what camp looked like when I was a kid. Appreciate the variety of activities throughout the day. Only constructive feedback would be to have the drive up in the morning go until 9am. Our elementary school doesn't even start until 9:10 so 8:30 was a bit of a shock! Otherwise we love it and can't wait to send my youngest summer 2026!

My child LOVED Camp Saponi. She came home every day excited about what she did and the new friends she made. I was nervous at first since this was the first program she was attending outside of daycare but the YMCA staff took great care of her. I additionally appreciated that pick-up and drop-off were seamless and clearly well organized!
