What do you like about our programs and activities?

The Melrose YMCA is just what I was looking for after moving to Melrose—a friendly, convenient, easy, clean, comfortable gym with all the classes I love, like yoga, pilates, Zumba, and even line dancing! Plus a beautiful pool! I haven't had a chance to visit the other Metro North locations yet, but I'm looking forward to it.

I love the aquatics program that is why I joined the Y. Mary is great on Mondays and Scott is great on Thursdays. I have already suggested to friends to join

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The women in the class are wonderful. The different instructors each have their own style and classes. Scott runs a dance exercise class which is so much fun and really gets you moving. It's a great way to get moving at your own pace. You start off doing what you can until you build up your endurance. I really look forward to the different aquatic sessions.

I love the new front desk. Staff are so friendly when you come in and they always seem available right there. Classes are great! I love that you have. Classes like Melt and line dancing
