I attend Kay's aerobic class whenever I can, two or three times a week. I find Kay and the members of the class friendly and helpful. It is a pleasant way to exercise with an instructor
that has been at the job for so many years and is still happy, and has the welfare of the students every time.

Exercise instructors at Melrose Y are fabulous!! Michelle, Veronica, and Jeff are the ones I have taken classes from mostly. They all have their own styles but are so encouraging. I always feel like I got a fantastic workout after their classes whether it is feeling stretched out and relaxed or like I got a great heart pumping workout.
I like the races, I participate in one of the classes, and I use the equipment for lifting and cardio. They're all good and meet my needs - generally there is enough cardio equipment available easy during the busy times.
The trainers are amazing! Great energy and on point with a variety of exercises and formats to keep it interesting week after week. Shout out to Stephanie and Veronica!

The water fitness, 8:30 to 9:30 is a good workout, especially on Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Those instructors are pleasant, professional, and enthusiastic. (Mary and Scott)

Tjhe chair yoga classes at 9:45 on Monday and Wednesday are excellent. Both instructors have well developed classes that are varied and well planned.
