Great service from the minute I walked in the door to the minute I left!! Took my wife’s car there for an oil change…and while she only had put 3k miles on since the last oil change, it had been 6 months. I like changing the oil every 6 months for preventative maintenance: David comes back in to me and says “based on the mileage, you don’t need an oil change.” I explained I wanted it instead of needing it, but I was so impressed with the upfront honesty because most places are about making a buck and honesty is something you don’t get everywhere in todays world.
Extremely good service. Text message and email updates are great ideas. Best of all, the technicians take pictures of concerned parts and put it all together in a very easy to read online format. Shuttle service was spot on good and well appreciated.
