Professionalism and good custom service.

I had a parasitic drain on my Ford Explorer battery and had taken it to 4 other garages including a Ford dealership and after a day they said sorry can’t find anything that’s causing the drain. When I brought my car to Christian Brothers they told me to be patient and they would find the problem. For four days they meticulously went thru every possible contributor to the drain until they isolated the problem and repaired it. They also worked with my warranty company to get most of the repair reimbursed.
A special shout out to Paul and Adam for the work they put in. I am a customer for life!
As a side note, this is the cleanest auto repair shop I’ve ever seen!

I could trust them to protect my family. We were driving a brand new used car on a road trip when three adults smelled burning plastic through the air vents and afterward under the hood. Even the next morning the smell persisted after the car sat for 10 hours. We live 750 miles away. Christian Brothers Automotive in Canton, GA was never going to see us again and yet, at every step of my interactions with them, from the first phone call all the way through to wanting to pay them more than they charged me, they prioritized my needs. They listened, sincerely, patiently, and took the time they needed to fully address our concerns. And they did not over-promise. I even had a wonderful conversation with the driver who drove me 6.5 miles back to where we were staying. The staff was very friendly when I walked in. It was great getting an email with pictures and details of possible issues and a follow up call to go over the issues and pricing. I got a lot of work done and it took less than 24 hours and they even called me a few days later to check on my car which I've never experienced. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for all my car needs.
