Very polite and friendly service. The drop off and pick up services are a big plus for when they need to keep the vehicle for a couple of hours. Bit more expensive than other places though.

Very friendly professional folks. Initially they thought it was a much more expensive repair than it turned out being. I experience with most automotive places is the reverse of that. This was my first experience there, but it definitely won't be the last.
Super friendly staff, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Worked with me within my timeframe and budget. Gave me a ride home while my car was worked on overnight. Up front about their pricing and not pushy when it came to a few maintenance items I wasn’t ready to do.

CBA did a fantastic job on my daughters car. They provided detailed information on what needed to be done (and not done), provided photo's of the parts they were working on, and handled the rental car as well. This was a Carmax warranty repair, and it could not have gone smoother. In addition, they communicated with us and all were very friendly and courteous to deal with. I have a new car repair place I feel I can trust. Great job CBA!
