I like the fact that they verify the service problems with photos. This is an effort to show honesty where the damages are and give proof to their customers. Some auto repair shops aren’t honest about the need for repairs and over charge you.

Had a bit of a snafu in that my problem wasn’t fixed completely and I had to return, however in the end I felt that I was treated fairly and professionally.
I have had to visit this location 3 times in the last year and feel like I am being dealt with fairly.

It’s expensive and unwanted problems when you have to go see a repair shop but I feel they do a good job communicating and have been timely for me. I will return.

Quickly scheduled me in for wheel alignment. Did a good job of keeping me informed of progress through texts on my phone. Job was completed quicker than I expected with a printout of all alignment measurements.

Much better service than taking my Lexus to Roswell . They get you in and out with a lot more professionalism!

I love how transparent this process was the entire. The full report I got before agreeing to any prices was amazing. My only suggestion is add a post work report to show what was fixed. Christian brothers were incredible during the whole process, they drove me home after I dropped off my car, they stayed in constant communication with me, and a few days after I got my car back they contacted me to ask how things were post fix. I’ve never walked into a mechanic as a female and felt so at ease. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me on repairs or extras that I didn’t need. 15/10 I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.
