Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was able to watch the dogs and trainers in the gym room and it was obvious the dogs loved being there. They made me feel better about leaving my dog in their care and that my dog would be safe and looked after at this facility.

You have staff at the facility every day for much longer than other boarding places, which minimizes the time the dogs are alone, very important.
You also pay attention to how our dog is doing and then provide appropriate care to make sure he’s ok. We very much appreciate that because our dog is older.
We don't trust anyone else but Dogtopia with our dog! She can be very particular and difficult at times and Dogtopia provides professional care and understanding of her specific needs. We are always so grateful to them!

I feel like the workers truly love dogs and that’s so important. I love the hours and convenience of drop off and pick up. The webcams are great, but sometimes they are late coming on in the morning and after mid day break.
