From the moment I called, the person on the phone was very helpful to finding time for me to take my dog in for a meet and greet. I met Tia that afternoon and she was so positive and had such good energy and greeted my dog with such genuine love and care. She showed me around the facility and answered all of my questions. On the day after I dropped my dog off for boarding, I went to look at the webcam (awesome amenity!) and I couldn't find him. I called to see if he was doing ok and Nick assured me he was in the room doing well and just off camera. In addition to his thoughtfulness on the phone, he took the extra step to text me a few pictures of my dog having fun. I did not ask for that service-- he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable (which I already was) and give me an extra kindness which I was so grateful for. I will highly recommend Dogtopia to others for your human customer service and your attentiveness and caring for all dogs. Thank you!

I love that you have a webcam for me to keep an eye on my dog. I get to monitor how you treat my fur baby and I from what I've seen I approve.
I feel like me having brought my dog to your place helped her to develop good dog social skills. This then made her very comfortable hanging out with a bunch of other dogs. This then made your place the best place for boarding her. I believe your place is better and less expensive than hiring a dog sitter because a dog sitter can't entertain my dog better than a bunch of other well socialized dogs. Your place is definitely way better than the typical dog boarding places that mostly keep your dog isolated with limited walks and play time.
My dogs seem to be well taken care of weather it’s at the daycare or boarding.
Only complaint I can make is the lobby has a strong iron smell lately.
Staff is friendly and genuinely seems to care for the dogs that are there.

Dogtopia of Wood-Ridge is the best. All of the workers are so friendly and compassionate to our fur babies. If you have any questions about your pup the manger gets right back to you. I love the live feed in the rooms as well. Dogtopia 100%.

Dog- and people-friendly staff. Simba loves to play and comes home tired. Great inside play area when weather limits going outside.
I absolutely love the fact that you are able to use the webcam and see your dog at any given time. M y dog loves to go there and I feel that he is safe and well monitored.

Only one observation, cannot see the Toy area where small dogs are located.

Everything! I have tried a few other Dogtopia locations, and my dog absolutely loves going to the Fairfield location. The associates are friendly, personable and really do care about each and every dog that come through their doors -- almost as if they are their own. Location is great for popping right in and out and is on a never always heavy with traffic complex area. All in all, great location, people and will always work in any way possible to come to this location.
The great staff. My dogs love going and always come home happy. I feel like that I am leaving them with family!

I can’t say enough great things about Benji Dogtopia in Garden City! From the moment we walked in, I could tell this place was different, clean, well-run, and full of genuinely caring staff. But two employees really stand out: Lupe and Esme.
