So far, we’ve had a really excellent experience with Dogtopia Port Chester. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and our puppy Willow is always excited to go—she never even looks back when we drop her off!
We’ve done several daycare days as well as spa services, and we love how convenient and flexible the scheduling is. Willow also recently stayed for her first overnight visit (five nights), and overall everything went great. The staff were very responsive when we emailed to check in, and I especially love the webcam feature—it was so reassuring to be able to see her.
Our only concern was that when we picked Willow up, we noticed she had a sore on her nose. A staff member explained that “kennel nose” can happen from rubbing against the crate, which we understand. However, we don’t crate Willow at home (though she has successfully slept in a crate overnight), and we would have appreciated being notified when this was happening. Had we known, we would have opted for a non-crate option during her stay.
Aside from that, we’ve been very happy with our local Dogtopia and appreciate how caring and attentive the team is overall.

We love the staff at Dogtopia Westmont. Brandon and his team are amazing. Our pup loves daycare and sleepovers. From the moment we drop our dog off, we feel completely at ease. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and clearly loves what they do. Our dog always comes home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Communication is always great, We wouldn’t trust anyone else—highly recommend!

All services are excellent.
Our dog, Otis, typically has issues with people/dogs he does not know well, but he adores every single staff member at Dogtopia. He gets uneasy when we go in the car but as soon as we step foot inside Dogtopia, his tail starts wagging and he will jump on the first staffer he sees. It’s a delight dropping him off at a place where we know he’s happy and engaged. We’re so grateful to have Dogtopia as a resource, and we’d recommend it to anyone!

We feel our dog is safe and taken care of. Because of his age and small size, we like to see how he is doing on the video cameras. When his food items and possessions were returned they were all labeled and given back.

Everyone on the staff is so frieNelly! - even though my dog doesn’t come often, she is always recognized by the staff as soon as we in. I appreciate that the manager gets to know her clients - when I come in to pick my dog up, she knows which one I’m there for before I even have to ask. They have also provided my dog with kibble when needed, the crafts are adorable, and I know my dog is in good hands.

The customer service upon drop off and pick up as well as the care for my pup i. The Toy Box has been nothing but positive. They remember my dog’s name, they keep his play area clean and keep the dogs safe!

Everyone is super nice and caring
The staff in Yorktown is so friendly and they know the dogs and their parents on site. My dogs’ tails start wagging the moment we get out of the car and when they get home, they are so sleepy after all of the activity. I tried the grooming service and it was so convenient to have them bathed while they were already there saving me a trip elsewhere and it was affordable. I’ve recommended Dogtopia several times.
The employees are easy to converse with and they really care about our dogs.
Everyone is friendly and they all know and love my pup. Very responsive. Pup is always happy to be dropped off.
