Friendly staff. My dogs are so excited to go. Able to watch them on camera.
Maggie's waggy butt every time we go to "school" says it all. I love that I can drop her off and know she's going to have SO much fun, and she's going to be kept safe. I love that when she and another dog almost got into a scuffle, it was pre-empted and Dogtopia notified me right away. (That definitely did not happen at her last daycare--I arrived to pick her up and only then found out she had a giant gash on her head from another dog and had been in a kennel all afternoon). Also, every single team member has always been pleasant to interact with (although I'm sure they all handle their fair share of stress!) and they always greet me and Maggie so warmly. It means so much to have a place where I know she is loved, cared for, safe and having a blast. Thank you, Dogtopia White Flint :-)
Friendly staff. Treat my animal as their own. I love the interactions (dancing, playing, etc) the staff provides to the animals throughout the day. I have never felt more comfortable leaving with my dog with a facility. I know at the end of the day, he is very well taken care of. My dog is always so happy when he gets to go to daycare.
My dog Augie loves this place! The staff is caring, compassionate, and enthusiastic, and they work hard every day. They truly know what’s best for your pup, and I’m so glad I chose to send him here.

I like the friendliness of all staff, the structure of the program with the many activities, the convenience of scheduling and the ability to see my pup on camera during her visits.
I love that I can drop my pup off and know that he is safe and having a great time! Its also very convenient that he can get his nails clipped and even get a bath if needed with Dogtopia's Spa services. Ranger (my pup) is insisting that I also tell you how much he loves the stuffed kongs and protein bowls at lunch time!!! Thanks for making Rangers time there amazing!!!

The area appear to be clean. The workers are personable and care for the pets.
I appreciate them for caring & being supportive. I have never placed my pets in a daycare so I have a lot of anxiety. My pet seems to enjoy the facility and happy. Hopefully no issues will arise.

Easy drop off/pickup process, confident my dog is being well taken care of, easy to reach via texting or calling, access to webcam while dogs are playing.
Our GSD loves going to Dogtopia. He is given good care by the handlers and enjoys spending the day with the other dogs.
I like how clean the facilities are and how I can watch my dog on the webcams.

Well, very conveniently located for me. I only use it for daycare and some grooming. Staff is very lovely. My dog seems to like it and I have referred a number of people.
I like how personable the staff are with Penelope and I when we arrive for drop off and pick up. Always very friendly. Also love how they give a small summary of her day.

My dog returns happy from his visits and has no odor as he had at another facility is used twice. Dogtopia staff are genuine dog lovers and their attitude is apparent in every interaction. I love watching my dog in the group when I come to pick him up. He is not cowering in a corner or hiding; he is part of the group.
