The people are super friendly and my puppy is so happy at Dogtopia! His tail starts wagging as soon as we enter the parking lot! I know he is in good hands. I have piece of mind whether he is there for daycare or overnight for boarding.

Always have space for dropins for my pup. The grooming is stress free for him. He's always worn out when he gets back, and everyone that I've met working there, seems to genuinely enjoy working with dogs and Jangles in particular
Day care and overnights
It feels like my pup is truly loved whenever I bring him in. Staff are always so friendly and there isn't the chaotic vibe some of the other daycares give off.
Coaches are always super kind and friendly. The webcams are also a huge selling point when recommending the business to others.
Staff is kind, friendly, and were available to answer all of my questions. Location is clean and well-kept. Staff is well-trained and accommodating to my dog's needs.

The staff - what makes Dogtopia the best in the city is the staff. The Downtown DC location has the most caring and loving staff and I know it because my dog is always wagging her tail and getting excited as we get closer to the building.
I usually interact with Sara, Melissa, or Jackie at the front desk and they are always friendly and professional! They clearly know and love all of the dogs and are always willing to answer any questions. I don't necessarily interact with all of the dog handlers, but I love watching them with the pups on the webcam! They all seem to be amazing professionals. Thank you for what you do!

Very friendly quick and easy process to schedule, drop off and pick up. Penny loves it and obviously gets a lot of activity and is exhausted every time she comes home.
What is great - Welcoming and helpful crew, convenient location, smoothly run operation, clean space, amazing app and webcam options, cool add-ons.
What could be better - I wish the Fairfield location had an outdoor area as part of the facility. Not a deal breaker though.

Everyone is very nice. They take good care of our Boxer. That is the most important to us. He is a beloved member of our family so his care comes first and they do a good job of caring for him.
Bailey always loves his stays at dogtopia which he shows by his excitement when we bring him there. He had a Bath and looks great when we pick him up. He enjoys the daytime play groups very much as well.
