Your prices for the services I need are great, you are very close to my home, your staff is remarkably friendly and accommodating, and my dog is not traumatized upon leaving. ALL GOOD STUFF!

What’s not to like? The staff is very friendly and helpful. The screening process was through. I appreciated that they place the pups not only by size , but also by temperament. The webcam is a plus, as is the 2 hour time out/ nap time. The facility is spotless.
I also appreciate the business model and their philanthropic support of Canine Companions and other organizations.
I haven’t used any of the Spa features or Boarding, but plan to in the future. I guess the best thing of all is that my pup comes home happy and very tired after a day of play.

The staff clearly cares about the dogs, greeting my dog by name when we walk in, even after weeks of not seeing him. I love checking in on the cameras to see that the staff are supervising balanced, safe play for the pups. When our dog isn’t playing, he’s perfectly relaxed and comfortable laying around. I so appreciate the mid-day break to ensure the pups aren’t getting overstimulated. And the cute touches, like the “back to school” picture we got on our last visit, really make me feel like the team loves what they do and cares about both the pups and the clients!

We love the family vibes of all staff members loving and taking great care of our Dakota Mae and Wallen. They were very accommodating and kept watch while he was struggling with his back paw before surgery. We love all the cute events they have monthly to keep the dogs interested and entertained! Having an easy 123 text system to be able to check in and or watch on the cameras brings lots of comfort and peace watching our pups play.
