Truly simple, he got me information I was looking for so the listing was not truthful and I revised my condition asking the owners/listing agent to professionally have confirmed what they listed and they didn’t so I’ve terminated the offer.
So your agents inspection resulted in getting important information and your agent was such a good inspector and human being to explain it to me patiently as I am still recovering from a serious brain injury (bicycling accident) so I will recommend him!
