My experience with Carson Dunlop was extremely positive.
In a housing market in which sellers were often not taking any conditional offers, I considered it very important to have a buyer's building inspection.
The client service representatives were very supportive and understanding about me having to make bookings and then cancelling because our offers had not been successful. When I asked questions about any part of the process or for any recommendations for things like pool inspections, they were answered completely and professionally.
When my offer was accepted and I had the house inspection, the inspection was thorough. When the inspector was examining something, he explained to me in a professional and succinct way. The report that I was given was detailed, explained points clearly and gave additional resources and references that I found very helpful and will continue to use as a resource as I care for my home.
