They have graphic designers on site which was great. We came in with ideas and the graphic designer (Cody) worked on our ideas while we were there. To be able to collaborate in real time is a big win. They also have a great selection of products to pick from.

We did have an issue with one of our t-shirts, it had a very worn look after one washing. This did not involve the graphic/printing, it was the fabric of the shirt. They replaced the shirt for us including the printing, which was very much appreciated.

Naomi was great to work with and very responsive to helping get the shirt we designed just right. They turned out perfect, and I will definitely order from Big Frog again.

They were very accommodating and came to our rescue! We were able to get out T-shirts the same day, with time to spare for our event! We will definitely use them in the future.
