The quality!

I called looking for a personalized T-shirt for an upcoming Birthday celebration. I spoke with Andrew and briefly explained what I was looking for and he gave ma a ballpark price over the phone. I proceeded to the Big Frog store and met with Andrew about the T-shirt design and colors. He emailed me a proof copy, I requested a minor change and agreed to proceed. Andrew called the next day and indicated my T-shirt was ready for pick up, I checked it out and it was way beyond my expectations. The customer service from when I called through the email communications and in store pick up were impeccable.
Will def recommend Big Frog and their team for future projects.

I've always had a good experience at Big Frog. Every employee I've interacted with has been super helpful and easy to talk to. The items I've ordered have turned out perfect! There was an issue with one of my orders, but we worked together to fix it, and I appreciate that I was able to keep the shirt that didn't turn out right so I could practice some of my own infusibile ink drawings on it. Fast friendly service. Very helpful, and quick turnaround

The items turned out beautifully and looks very professional. The person who helped me design the colors and where to put it on the items was so helpful, kind and friendly. She was almost as excited as I was with the final product and was so excited for me to see them. The store did the best they could with getting it to me but with the Christmas rush it did take a little longer than I was told. Not a huge deal and I understand the amount of business and products that was trying to get to people. We will absolutely use Big Frog for future services when we need them!
