The products are good quality, and were delivered exactly as promised... BUT the staff at your Rochester, Michigan store would be why I would not only rate a 10, but is why I would continue to work with their team for all my needs. They were truly consultants, not sales persons. From the graphic designers who assisted us in the whole creation process, to the team who provided input on colors, logos, and merchandise weight/thickness, and quality to help me make the right choices.... they were all amazing! I needed 1 custom printed tee shirt. Difficult to find a local place that could do this. I stumbled upon this ship and am so happy I did. They were very helpful, professional and friendly. We had two T-Shirts made for birthday and Christmas presents in early December. I fully expected Big Frog to need several weeks to complete our order as this is such a busy time of year. I went into the store to order the shirts (though the process is easy online as well) one day and was thrilled and surprised to receive an email the very next day that our order was ready. The shirts turned out wonderfully. I would highly recommend trusting Big Frog with your T-shirt personalization needs.

Quality and how fast my items were finished

I love that you are able to see a mock up on the computer. Gives me sound of mind that the end result will end up the way I want it to. Response time is speedy. Prices are reasonable. Would not go anywhere else.
