We love that the staff is very helpful and responsive. Our school used to use a big name textile company for our orders, and we got very tired of the sales game. It's not fun to hear from salesman only until the order is placed, and then to feel ignored. Big Frog has been exactly what we wanted and need.

I needed a quick turn-around embroidery project done for just a handful of items. The person I worked worked out meeting my deadline (production was even completed early!) and shared the design while I stood there watching. She printed various sizes and placed them on the fabric so we could choose the perfect size and orientation. Great experience!
