I made a commitment to shop locally this year and chose Big Frog to create a custom T-shirt for my new business, High Frequency Coaching. I wanted to incorporate a scannable QR code on the back so I could promote my business around town, and the entire process was seamless.

Keiley was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She paid close attention to every detail and made sure the placement, sizing, and overall look were exactly right before finalizing the design. I really appreciated how thorough and patient she was throughout the process.

The final product turned out even better than I envisioned. The print quality is excellent and the QR code scans perfectly. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I felt well taken care of.

I like how the words are embedded in the fabric of the shirt, unlike iron ons.

The customer service allowed for collaboration, and was spectacular! The time between ordering and receiving was reasonable and quick, only about a week. And the quality of the shirt also exceeded expectations
