I’ve had the pleasure of working with the Plymouth Big Frog location twice now for our corporate merchandise needs, and each experience has been outstanding. Renee B, the Store Manager, deserves special recognition for going above and beyond to help us secure the items we needed within a very tight timeframe. Her dedication, professionalism, and friendly approach made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

The Plymouth team is consistently quick to respond to inquiries and always provides helpful guidance on which print options will work best for each product. Their turnaround time is impressively fast, which has been invaluable for our projects.

Casey, the Lead Graphic Designer, assisted me during my most recent order. She was attentive throughout the process and so helpful in making adjustments as requested to ensure the final product matched our vision perfectly.

While I haven’t yet used their design services, they’ve offered creative support if we ever need it, and I’m confident their design team would deliver excellent results. I look forward to exploring that option in the future.

The quality of the shirt and the design they came up with from my description are top-tier. Also the price was less than I expected per shirt. Only reason why I didn't give it a ten was because I needed the shirts for the following weekend but somehow my original email got sent to their junk mail. By the time I followed up to see when they would be ready it was too late. I still wanted the shirts but we didn't have them for the event. Not something I think everyone will experience but was a bit of a downer. Does not reflect on the quality of the product though.

I had a design made for my “business/hobby” and I reached out to Big Frog to see if I could have it made on a hoodie via email. The person I was dealing with was super nice and great with communication. So I stopped at store and ordered. And the hoodie turned out great. Thank you

I would like to give a sincere thank you to Big Frog. I called them the day before my beloved uncle's funeral to have shirts made for his viewing and they had a variety of options took the graphics I provided them and made a beautiful tribute t shirt for my family to wear. They were able to get 20 shirts made that day within 4 hours of my call. They were very communicative and made sure that they sent over a proof for approval prior to creating the order. I plan on using them for all of my future needs. Highly Recommend this company.
